Rolde.nl is a website by Brainfarts, Stoklegging 7, 9451 KV Rolde, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 69401349. Below is which data we process, what for, and what your rights are.

Visitor statistics

We keep our own statistics of how the website is used, such as which pages are viewed. For this the website sets two cookies of its own: one that disappears when you close your browser, and one that lasts six months to recognise returning visits. Your IP address is not stored, only a shortened version made untraceable. This data stays with us and is not shared with anyone.

Contact

If you send us a message, by e-mail or through a form on the website, we use your name, e-mail address and message only to reply and to deal with your tip or question.

Sharing and security

We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties, unless the law requires us to. We take appropriate measures to protect data against loss and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You can ask us which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Send your request to redactie@rolde.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
