Anyone whose bin has no chip, or a chip that cannot be read properly, can report it at aaenhunze.nl/container, under ‘Melding containerchip’ (report a bin chip).
Households that have an extra bin for general waste, for example for medical reasons or because they had young children, can ask the municipality to collect it when it is no longer needed. This is done on the same page, under ‘Extra containers aanvragen of inleveren’ (request or return extra bins).
